You will have:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths and a commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Experience supporting Windows and Apple operating systems, along with a range of devices including laptops, tablets, and mobile phones
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server environments, and core network technologies (wired and wireless)
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite applications
  • An understanding of key Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange Online, Entra, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Experience supporting classroom AV equipment, including interactive whiteboards, large displays, and projectors (desirable)
  • Skills in media, sound, and lighting support for events, performances, and shows
  • Experience with systems such as Arbor MIS, telephony, access control, or similar enterprise solutions (desirable)

You will be:

  • A confident problem‑solver who works well under pressure and can prioritise effectively
  • Well organised, self‑motivated, and able to take responsibility for your work
  • A clear communicator with a positive, flexible attitude
  • Able to handle sensitive information with high levels of confidentiality, particularly in relation to safeguarding
