Independent Learning Supervisor

Zero hours contract - Salary Scale 5 point 9 (£14.13 per hour + holiday pay)

We are seeking dependable individuals to join our existing team of Independent Learning Supervisors.
You would be required to supervise students across all year groups in the teacher’s absence.
A good level of education and a confident manner is essential.
Previous experience of working with young people and the ability to use Microsoft Office would be a distinct advantage.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Supervise students in the absence of their usual subject teacher.
- Have flexibility to provide cover at short notice.
- Provide clear direction to students and be effective in classroom management.
- Use Microsoft Office, including excel, word, PowerPoint and teams.
- Take class registration on SIMS.
- Have excellent communication skills and liaise with both staff and students in a friendly manner.
- Work well as part of a team and able to take direction.
- Undertake all required training and follow school procedures.
