Inclusion Administrator job summary

At Oasis Academy Shirley Park Secondary, we have a new position open for an Inclusion Administrator to join a friendly administrative team, providing an efficient point of contact within our reception.

Job overview

You’ll be responsible for the administrative duties, communications and support relating to Inclusion – SEND, Safeguarding, Attendance and Behaviour. To assist the leaders of SEN, Safeguarding, Attendance and Behaviour to ensure high quality provision. 

Job requirements


  • A keen interest in developing an inclusive provision for students with SEND and additional needs.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basis.
  • Experience of using information management systems and strong IT skills.
  • A high level of verbal and written communication standards.
  • Proven ability to show reliability and to work to meet key deadlines.
