Inclusion and Assistant EHCP Coordinator job summary
We are looking for an organised, proactive and compassionate Inclusion and Assistant EHCP Coordinator to join our dedicated SEND team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring that students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and those accessing alternative provision receive the high-quality support they need to thrive.
Working closely with the SENDCo and EHCP Coordinator, you will help coordinate statutory EHCP processes, organise annual reviews, liaise with families and external agencies, and ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant and submitted within statutory timescales. You will also support the oversight of alternative provision, monitoring its quality and impact while maintaining positive relationships with providers, students and parents.
This varied role requires someone who is highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. You will need excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a busy SEND team.

- Have the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, colleagues and external professionals
- Be able to manage confidential information sensitively and professionally
- Be committed to ensuring every child receives the support they need to achieve their potential
