What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an Inclusion Lead to work with the Sixth Form team to address the needs of Sixth Form students who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning focusing specifically on student attendance and behaviour. You must be extremely well organised, have the ability to prioritise work, be able to lead by example and to work on your own initiative.
