This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Inclusion Manager / Assistant
Headteacher, who is ready for the next step in their career, to gain valuable experience
within one of Britain’s biggest primary schools. The successful candidate will make valuable contributions within a large team; to the overall effectiveness of the school.
Ideal candidates will:
➢ have experience of working as a SENCO / Inclusion Manager;
➢ have a proven record of outstanding teaching practice;
➢ have high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to support them to achieve;
➢ gather, analyse and interpret pupil data to identify need;
➢ have a helpful, flexible and positive nature and the ability to work well under pressure;
➢ have very good interpersonal skills;
➢ have excellent communication skills;
➢ understand GDPR;
➢ be committed to our school vision and mission statement;
➢ enjoy working in a varied and interesting environment;
➢ have the ability to maintain confidentiality;
➢ have the ability to work independently as well as part of a large team.
