We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.
We are looking for a suitably qualified, motivated and enthusiastic Inclusion manager to provide pastoral support.Qualified candidates should be organised, self-motivated and confident as well as being extremely good communicators with excellent interpersonal skills and good IT Skills, further responsibilities are:
- To oversee the quality assurance of the school’s Reflection provision
- To develop, monitor, review and oversee the school’s Reflection curriculum
- To seek out and develop alternative provision curriculum opportunities
- To identify, monitor and support those students at risk of exclusion
- To plan and develop KS3/4 schemes of learning alongside subject teachers
- To oversee the school’s Reflection provision
