Job Description 

  • To lead, coordinate and promote high-quality inclusion, and pastoral support across the school. 
  • Provide support and guidance to our most vulnerable pupils and families 
  • To ensure every child receives the guidance and personalised support they need to thrive academically, socially and emotionally. 
  • To liaise with the SLT, Family Support Worker, Teachers and other Support Staff, education specialist, parents and carers 
  • Establish links and facilitate support from external agencies to ensure that pupils needs are met, which may include attending relevant meetings e.g. Early Help Support Plan meetings, EHCP reviews and inclusion plans. 

The successful candidate will need to be someone with empathy, patience, strong communication skills and resilient.
