What skills and experience we're looking for

We know that being a teenager today is not always easy and things don't always go to plan. At Breckland School we work hard to ensure children are supported to “get things right” and support them when it doesn't.

In support of our behaviour strategy, we are looking for a firm but compassionate person to lead our Reconnect Room. This is a place where children reflect and have time away from their main timetable to reset their behaviour with the support and guidance of the Inclusion Officer.

What the school offers its staff

Breckland School is a good and improving school well regarded by the local community with whom it works closely. Staff enjoy working here and our students are well behaved and keen to learn.

Commitment to safeguarding

Unity Schools Partnership is committed to safer recruitment, equal opportunities, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required.
