Inclusion Officer job summary
We are looking for a hard-working candidate who will be committed to supporting our students and guiding them through our Inclusion and Detention processes. Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar setting and have excellent organisational skills. Experience of working with secondary age students is desirable.
In this role you would be working 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
We are looking for someone who has:
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to organise workload in the context of varied tasks.
- Confidence in working with children and young people

Sir John Leman High School, situated in the historic market town of Beccles, Suffolk, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, is a mixed comprehensive secondary school and sixth form. The pupil roll is around 1,400, with some 160 of these students moving on to the school’s sixth form.
