- Salary: £21,545 - £23,311 Pro Rata (£24,938 - £26,983 FTE) SAT 6
- Term Time plus 5 Staff Development Days (39 Weeks)
- Permanent; 37 hours per week
This position would include overseeing pastoral care and academic progress of students across the Communities, managing and leading the Inclusion Room ensuring that appropriate tone and discipline is maintained and contributing to progress by managing student behaviour to ensure that all work is completed.
As well as monitoring and communicating the overall behaviour, attendance and progress of students within a designated community.
