What skills and experience we're looking for
Required for an immediate start: a proactive and organised person to support the Inclusion Faculty Administrator in the efficient day to day running of all Inclusion provision within the school and in further developing quality initiatives. The role is essential to the smooth running of the faculty.
This post is ideal for a highly organised, compassionate individual who is committed to supporting students with additional needs and ensuring they receive the provision they require. The successful candidate will play a vital day-to-day role in coordinating SEN administration, maintaining accurate records, liaising with staff, parents and external agencies and supporting the Inclusion team to deliver effective provision across the school. They will be proactive, detail focused and committed to creating an inclusive environment where every student can thrive.
