Inclusion Support Assistant 20 hours per week working 09:00 to 13:00 job summary

We are looking for someone who can:

  • provide individual support for a designated pupil, ensuring their access to learning
  • assist with the delivery of the Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)
  • work with individuals and small groups to support children with SEND,
  • be motivated, enthusiastic and adaptable, able to work on their own initiative or as part of a team;
  • have a good grasp of spoken and written English and good Mathematical skills;
  • establish relationships with parents/carers, exchanging information supporting home to school links
  • ideally be a practising Christian and/or is in sympathy with the ethos of a Church school;
