Inclusion Support Coordinator job summary

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team. This role is key to promoting excellent attendance, punctuality, and engagement by identifying and addressing barriers to learning through early intervention and targeted support.

Working closely with pupils, families, and colleagues, you will monitor attendance, coordinate interventions, support pupils to successfully reintegrate following absence, and help ensure that every child, particularly those who are vulnerable, is safe, supported, and able to thrive in school.
