We are seeking an individual who enjoys working with young people; someone who is driven to make a difference to children's lives and has good communication and organisational skills. Within this role, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to be responsible for implementing, administering and overseeing the range of systems in place to support behaviour and inclusion across the academy.
Broadlands Academy is an 11-16 learning community and proud to be part of Academies Enterprise Trust family of schools. For every student who attends our Academy, we aim to raise their aspirations, broaden their horizons and promote a life-long love of learning. We have recently received an OFSTED 'Good' and High Performance Learning School Award Accreditation. We are situated in extensive grounds and ideally located between Bath and Bristol. We benefit from a number of links with the local community and have an excellent reputation.
It is a truly exciting time to join the team at Broadlands with the Academy being led by our Interim Principal, Helen Simmons, who is passionate in ensuring that all our students are empowered and inspired by their educational experience providing them with the best possible toolkit for their life after Broadlands.
