The Role
Queen
Katharine Academy is looking to appoint someone to join a small team to support
students who require bespoke interventions to successfully access education. The role includes a variety of task and
responsibilities, including small group supervision and mentoring, as well as
undertaking external visits to providers.
The Person
The successful candidate should have excellent
interpersonal and organisational skills and be committed to supporting young
people to flourish.
The
successful candidate will be an effective communicator with students, parents
and staff alike, as well as individuals for whom English is a second language.
Whilst school-based experience is not essential, the successful candidate will
have experience of working within a fast-paced office environment, working using
their own initiative and to tight deadlines.
This
