What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint two highly motivated people to join our Inclusion Team. If you are interested in making a measurable difference to the lives of young people, then this could be the perfect role for you.

The successful applicants will maintain a positive learning environment, support students to access the curriculum and manage their behaviour in the classroom. If successful in your application to this rewarding role you will become a key member of the school’s Inclusion Team, liaising with parents/carers, staff and students to support the behaviour policies and systems across the school.
