The successful applicant will:

- Be a strong Inclusion Teaching Assistant who has high expectations of self and others and is passionate about encouraging all children to achieve success.

- Have drive, enthusiasm and a clear vision for excellence in SEN provision.

- Contribute to whole-school improvement.
