Inclusion Worker job summary

We are seeking to appoint an Inclusion Worker to join our team at Evolve Academy.

The Inclusion Worker role focuses on providing positive and aspirational outcomes for pupils with complex social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. This will be achieved through high quality support and engagement, supporting transition and securing pupils' physical and emotional wellbeing whilst raising self-esteem and encouraging independence.
