INCLUSIVE LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT (ILSA) (KS3/4 focus and/or KS5 focus)

Actual annual salary: £17,105 - £17,703

(All year-round equivalent salary: £24,790 - £25,183)

Salary Scale Point 5 (range 5-6)

Monday - Friday 8.25am – 3.00pm plus a 35-minute unpaid lunchbreak each day

Total hours – 30 per week (various patterns of days are available for colleagues who may wish to request flexible working)

Term time only plus 3 additional days

We are looking for a colleague: 

  • to work as directed in supporting and enabling students with additional educational needs. 
  • to work as a partnership with the teacher in the classroom to ensure students are able to achieve their personal best. 
  • to report back to the Assistant Headteacher: Inclusion & Personalisation about student progress
