Cavendish School, Eastbourne, is looking for a highly motivated and committed Individual Needs Assistant who is passionate and enthusiastic to join in the continued development and success of our Primary Phase as part of our exciting all through status. If you have the skills, drive and enthusiasm this could be the perfect role for you.
We are looking for an Individual Needs Assistant to work in our primary phase, to assist in promoting the learning and personal development of the pupils to whom you are assigned to, to enable them to make best use of the educational opportunities available to them.

The successful candidate will need;
to have experience of supporting children in a classroom environment,
to have knowledge and understanding of child development
to be effective in establishing good relationships with pupils, staff and parents
to have excellent organisation skills
The successful candidate will be responsible for pupils' learning and wellbeing, sharing good practice in the classroom setting and at play/lunchtimes and one to one SEN pupil support.
You will join a team of dedicated and caring staff in establishing outstanding provision, learning and progress for all our pupils.
