Information Technology Support Technician job summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic technician to provide IT technical support to all users of Educational Technology within the school, aiming to assist staff and students to work more efficiently by ensuring all technical equipment is fully functional. The post holder will be responsible for both desktop and cloud support queries and support in planned installations and upgrades of information systems. This is a full time role - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Please see the job description for further details:-

Skills we are looking for:

Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills

Experience with Desktop Computers and Printer Support

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Hold a relevant IT qualification or have undertaken a similar role

Previous experience in an educational environment is a plus
