Initial Teacher Training Cohort Lead Primary job summary

Surrey South Farnham SCITT, Surrey’s largest and leading provider of Initial Teacher Training (ITT) is looking for a Primary School Cohort Lead to join the team.

We are an outstanding, innovative, and highly respected provider of Primary and Secondary Initial Teacher Training. With over 20 years of experience, our one-year programmes are designed to give every trainee exceptional training, individualised support, and the best possible start to their teaching journey.

We are looking for someone who has the confidence, passion, flair and ability to take a lead role in shaping the future of primary school based initial teacher training. You will be a highly active member of the team, fully committed to training the next generation of outstanding teachers. You will have demonstrated your expertise within the classroom, have contributed to school leadership and have a secure understanding of the current OFSTED framework for ITT, the routes into teaching and current national reforms (i.e. Early Career Framework).
