Bayards Hill Primary School is a partner school within The Community Schools Alliance Trust working alongside Barton Park Primary School located in the adjoining Barton neighbourhood. Both schools feed into the secondary school within the Trust, Cheney School. We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our school as Instructional Teacher Coach to work across the whole school.
An instructional coach supports teachers by providing ongoing professional development, building their teaching skills, and assisting them in applying new knowledge.
As an Instructional Teacher Coach role will focus on working with all teachers across the school to bring about improvements in teaching and learning - focused on using the Rosenshine Principles and Instructional Coaching.
Have responsibility for teaching across whole school:
Coach, mentor and team teach
Be a key part of teaching team within the school, developing teaching and learning
This vacancy is suitable for experienced teachers. Payment is on the Teacher Main Scale and up to Upper Pay 3 scale depending on experience.
