What skills and experience we're looking for

The post would be ideal for an experienced Key Stage 2 class teacher who wishes to step down to part-time due to family commitments/phased retirement etc. but we are willing to consider candidates with a range of experiences, including secondary-qualified colleagues with core subject experience.

East Oxford Primary School is a lively and diverse school at the heart of the Cowley Road in Oxford. Our children speak over 41 languages and benefit from a wide range of enrichment opportunities, including a brass band, productions in theatres, clubs, and many educational trips and visits.

We are currently seeking a KS2 teacher to job share a class with our Assistant Headteacher. Experience in Upper KS2/Year 6 would be desirable. We need a minimum of 2 days class-based, but we are likely to be able to offer additional hours for Year 6 intervention and/or PPA covered if desired.
