Salary: NJC Grade C1 Point 6-19 - £19,979 - £24,899 per annum (£23,893 -£29,777 Full time equivalent)

Location: Greenacre Academy / Walderslade Girls School
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Internal Reflection Space Supervisor to join our team at Walderslade Girls’ School. The successful candidate will provide support to students, help to maintain a safe and positive school environment, and work closely with teachers and parents/carers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and co-ordinate the day-to-day function and development of the schools Internal Reflection Space Provision.
Provide Support to identified students who need behaviour support and intervention in order to successfully engage them in learning.
Work closely with teachers to ensure the welfare and academic progress of students in the Internal Isolation Reflection Provision.
Comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection
Requirements:
Experience of working with young people
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
Strong organisational skills
To be able to form strong relationships with students/parents/carers.
