What skills and experience we're looking for
We have a new opportunity to appoint a caring and supportive individual as an Intervention and Inclusion Manager.
This role includes the following responsibilities:
- Pastoral care and academic progress of students across the Communities
- Leading on a variety of interventions to support students in accessing the curriculum
- Managing and lead the Inclusion Room ensuring that appropriate tone and discipline is maintained.
- Contributing to progress by managing student behaviour to ensure that all work is completed.
- Work closely with families to support the reintegration of students following suspensions

The successful candidate would need to have:
- Experience of working with children in a similar environment;
- A good general education including English, Maths and Science GCSE’s;
- Proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
