Intervention Group Tutor - Physical Education
This is an exciting opportunity for a person with strong sports skills and an ability to inspire and support students on their PE learning journey.
The role of an Intervention Group Tutor involves supporting students’ learning during and beyond the school day in Physical Education by working with groups of children to raise standards of achievement and to help them to reach their full potential.
You don’t have to have worked in an education environment before but a passion for helping students achieve their full potential through providing high quality PE support is desirable.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is considering a career in teaching, and support to achieve Qualified Teacher Status could be considered.
Ideal Working Pattern:
The appointment is for 32.5 hours per week, term time plus 1 week to include training days.
Monday to Thursday 9:00am - 4:10pm, Friday 9:00am - 3:20pm

Salary:
Salary will be paid at NJC SCP Grade 9, Point 24 - 28, equating to an actual salary of £26,642 - £29,456 per annum.
