What skills and experience we're looking for
St Francis Of Assisi Catholic Primary School wishes to appoint an Intervention & Inclusion Manager/SENCO from September 2025. This post will also include a small teaching commitment.
The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience working as a SENCO.You will need the drive and ability to demonstrate enthusiasm and a passion for SENDand understand issues affecting pupils with additional needs and how to support them.
We are looking for an experienced practitioner, preferably with a background as a SENCO or in SEN provision, who is willing to take on this key role as part of our Senior Leadership Team. They willcoordinate all aspects of inclusion and intervention within our school and be directly involved in moving our school forward.
