St John’s Marlborough is one of the highest performing academies in the country and a key member of the highly effective Excalibur Academies Trust. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inclusion Lead to join our dedicated team.

This is an important permanent, full-time post, working for 37 hours a week and encompassing 40 weeks a year in school.

The postholder will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all aspects of pastoral care within the Alternative Provision Centre (The Hub) and its identified students and teams, to oversee the detentions after school (DAS) system and monitor Class Charts. The postholder will be responsible to the Vice Principal (Student Welfare).
