Grade 7 £27,088 to £29,062 per annum pro rata

28.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Working pattern to be negotiated

You will provide targeted support and interventions for students to help overcome barriers to learning, improve academic progress, and support overall wellbeing. The role will involve working with individuals and small groups, under the direction of the Inclusion Team and teaching staff.

You should have a good standard of education (minimum GCSEs, including English and maths), experience working with children or young people in an educational or youth setting and understanding of how to support children and young people to overcome barriers to learning. Experience and qualifications in delivering structured interventions is desirable.

Actual Salary £17,947 to £19,255 per annum.
