We are looking for someone who will encourage, challenge and support our Key Stage 4 students, believing they all have the right to succeed, supporting them in their studies in the most effective way appropriate to their needs and understanding.

Starting in September, the role will be working 37 hours per week, term time plus 3 weeks (41 working weeks per year)

Our ideal candidate is a conscientious individual with excellent initiative, planning and organisation skills who:

  • Is supportive and caring in demeanour, but robust in getting the very best from our young people
