Intervention Mentor job summary
This post offers a fulfilling opportunity to work with a committed team and the young people in our welcoming academy community which has high aspirations and standards. We are looking for someone who will encourage, challenge and support our Key Stage 4 students, believing they all have the right to succeed, supporting them in their studies in the most effective way appropriate to their needs and understanding.
Starting in September, the role will be working 37 hours per week, term time plus 3 weeks (41 working weeks per year)
Our ideal candidate is a conscientious individual with excellent initiative, planning and organisation skills who:

- Confident in challenging young people to achieve more

- Is supportive and caring in demeanour, but robust in getting the very best from our young people
