IT Apprentice job summary

IT APPRENTICE

As part of the IT team responsible to ensure that the IT systems function smoothly, securely, reliably and efficiently to support staff and students across the curriculum and administrative networks throughout the trust.

To assist in the day-to-day running and support of the Broadleaf Partnership Trust network and interactive learning equipment, supporting the helpdesk by ensuring issues are addressed, documented and resolved in a timely and professional manner.

The successful applicant will:

Have knowledge of computers and IT equipment

Have the ability to communicate effectively with staff and students
