What the school offers its staff

The post arises at an exciting time for the school, with multi-million pound investments into new facilities for our pupils, and our transition from SIMS to BROMCOM. The school is looking for the right candidate to update and overhaul our IT provision to ensure that all pupils and staff have access to the facilities they need.

During our latest OFSTED inspection, we were very proud that our Hastings Family and CARES values were recognised as being central to all that we provide. The school continues to be rated ‘Good’ and we are committed to further improvement to ensure that we provide “Care and Excellence for All”; a motto which underpins and informs everything we do. Our Progress 8 score is significantly above the national average. These continuing improvements are attributed to our focus on the basics: an orderly climate for learning, engaging teaching, and building positive relationships with all stakeholders.
