IT Support Engineer job summary
Furze Down is an outstanding special school on split sites in Winslow and Buckingham, which provides for 220 pupils with communication and interaction differences aged 4 to 19. We are incredibly proud of our school. Furze Down employs a dedicated multi-disciplinary team who ensure pupils, and their families, are at the heart of everything. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Support Engineer to join our dedicated IT team.
In this role, you will support both staff and students, ensuring that all devices and systems run smoothly to facilitate effective learning. You’ll be involved in general network administrative duties and will need to work methodically and calmly under pressure, prioritising tasks to meet day-to-day demands. Strong customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
