Equitas Academies Trust ICT Central Services team have a vacancy for a reliable, creative, and organised professional with a good knowledge of IT and excellent people skills to provide support across the Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in the transformation of our network systems through supporting the implementation of project development work across the Trust.

This role is ideal for an individual who wishes to move into a customer facing role and has an interest in supporting and dealing with IT issues. The successful candidate will have excellent planning and organisation skills and the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of problem solving. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to provide support to our wide range of end users, prioritising and maintaining IT data records accurately. If you are able to adapt and learn quickly in a busy education setting, able to monitor, resolve, and where required, escalate first line helpdesk tickets, we would welcome your application.

Working as an effective member of the ICT team, you will support the basic operation and configuration of Academy desktop computers and any other devices, while ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner. You will have an eye for detail and enjoy a challenge and it is highly desirable to have experience working with Office 365 and SharePoint.
