Cygnus Academies Trust are seeking an exceptional IT technician to join our dedicated IT team on a full-time and permanent basis. This is a dynamic and hands-on role, supporting the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the Trust’s IT systems and infrastructure.

You will provide first-line and second-line support to staff and students, working remotely or on-site depending on the nature of the issue. Your work will be essential in ensuring the smooth running of technology across our schools, enabling effective teaching, learning and administration through secure and reliable IT services.
