What skills and experience we're looking for
About You:
As the IT Technician, you will be organised,detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple technical tasks efficiently. You’ll be a confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a solid understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software support. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure digital environment, and be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have recent IT support experience, ideally in education or the public sector.
- Stay calm under pressure and prioritise effectively when resolving issues.
- Demonstrate high professional standards and act as a positive role model.
