VACANCY

IT TECHNICIAN

L3 £22,490 per annum

37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

We are looking to appoint an IT Technician to support the IT Network Manager to ensure the development and effective running of all School IT systems. They will ideally need to be well-organised with excellent inter-personal and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that IT Hardware across the curriculum areas of the school, is at all times functional and ready for use in accordance with curriculum requirements.

You will undertake minor repairs as required and arrange for external organisations to carry out more substantial and complex repairs and technical upgrades.

  • You will maintain all necessary records including inventories and details of equipment checks as necessary.
  • You will assist the IT Network Manager in coaching school employees in the use of software and hardware.
