Qualifications GCSE C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English | Experience Essential Competent use of IT equipment and systems, and ability to troubleshoot issues Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Desirable Experience working in IT support Experience in a school/college or similar environment |
