We are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Information Technology Technician to play a central role in maintaining, supporting and developing our information and communication technology infrastructure across both administrative and curriculum areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day performance, security and reliability of networks, systems and hardware, providing high quality technical support to staff and students. You will ensure systems are used effectively and appropriately to support teaching and learning, and business operations. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly with users of varying technical confidence, alongside a commitment to data security, safeguarding and continuous improvement.
