37 hours per week, Full Time
Monday -Thursday 8am-4pm, Friday 8am-3.30pm
Half hour unpaid lunch break per day
H5 Point 9 - Salary £25,119pa plus fringe allowance £988

Our secondary school, Croxley Danes is looking for an outstanding IT Technician to start as soon as possible. We are looking for a committed and passionate technology enthusiast, somebody with a desire to learn, a willingness to listen, challenge ideas and suggest alternatives, to help support this developing area.
At the Danes Educational Trust, we aim not only to use ICT to enhance teaching and learning but act as an empowering tool for all staff and students. Investing in tried, tested and emerging technologies to create a manageable, up-to-date, effective network.
We would like you to have:
Have experience of and confidence using Windows 10, Microsoft Office products, Network printers, Audio Visual configurations, Desktop, laptop and tablet systems, File sharing and permissions, Web based software applications
Have good problem solving skills, particularly with regards to IT issues
Be committed to providing an excellent customer service
Have an understanding of data protection and acceptable IT use
Be committed to the safeguarding of children
Be committed to obtaining the highest standards of achievement, and have the belief that engaging learning, with high challenge and a focus on developing independence, is the most effective and enjoyable learning
Be ambitious, have a desire to learn and a commitment to Continued Professional Development and Learning
Have a natural aptitude to model the Trust’s core behaviours – ‘We display transparency, kindness and respect in all our interactions with others, and support each other in all our endeavours. We are tenacious in our desire to make the difference together’

Welcome to the web site for Dales Academies Trust (Dales) which was incorporated on 12th September 2017 and is a Multi Academy Trust (MAT) with sponsor status. It was established initially for the northern church schools of the Church of England dioceses of Leeds and York but now includes its first community school, namely Carnagill Community Primary school located on Catterick Garrison. Our Trust currently comprises one Secondary and thirteen Primary schools.
