IT Technician job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Technician to join our team at Djanogly Learning Trust.
This role will consist of providing outstanding 1st line technical support to Djanogly City Academy. Whilst assisting with 2nd line support and troubleshooting on escalated tickets and supporting the IT Team in a range of duties.
You will maintain and develop the IT equipment within the Trust and provide expert technical advice. You will play your part in the team to ensure effective communication within the academies and to support teaching and learning.
This position is at a Beginner to Intermediate technical support skill level and is perfect for someone with a willingness to gain experience in technical support, thrives on helping people and has the ambition to learn more and develop within Djanogly Learning Trust. The Trust will offer a qualification alongside this role if you do not currently hold an IT qualification.

This role can be carried out on either an all year round or term time only contract. Part time will also be considered.
