Highgate Wood School is seeking a dedicated and proactiveIT Technician to support our vibrant school community. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of ICT services across the school, directly impacting teaching and learning.

We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and technically capable individual with a passion for solving problems and a commitment to excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will:
- Provide high-quality first-line IT support to staff and students.
- Have experience managing and maintaining ICT infrastructure (e.g., networks, devices, AV, printers).
- Be confident in working with tools such as Active Directory, Office 365, Google Workspace, Adobe CC, and more.
- Understand the importance of safeguarding and GDPR compliance.
- Be solution-focused and calm under pressure, with excellent communication skills.
- Be confident managing school events’ technical setups.
- Have experience managing school websites or willingness to learn.
- Work collaboratively within a team but also take initiative and responsibility.
