IT Technician job summary

Learning Academies Trust are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working, and dedicated IT Technician to join our outstanding team. The IT Technician will provide support to ensure the team continues to provide a secure, compliant, collaborative, and productive infrastructure to our schools. We are excited to be using a variety of modern technologies and solutions to improve the outcomes and experience of our staff and pupils, and we hope you are equally as excited at this opportunity to make a difference.

We are looking for an IT Technician who:

Previous experience working in a technical/customer support role.

Good technical understanding of technical infrastructure and services.

Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.

Be passionate about developing our trust technical infrastructure and services to support and develop staff and students across all schools.

GCSEs Maths and English C or above and be able to illustrate good literacy and numeracy skills.

Be able to travel between the 18 schools within the Trust
