IT Technician

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated IT Technician to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Technology, Strategy & Communication Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the school's ICT provision, ensuring that all hardware resources are well-maintained and enabling staff, students, and parents to effectively use ICT to enhance learning outcomes.

This is a full-time position, starting immediately. Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to ensure the smooth operation of the school’s ICT systems.

Maintain and troubleshoot ICT hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Assist with the setup and maintenance of Windows Networks and associated systems.

Deliver responsive support to staff and students, fostering the use of ICT in teaching and learning. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will:

Have a strong working knowledge of ICT hardware and software maintenance.

Demonstrate experience in managing and troubleshooting Windows Network environments.

Possess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise confidently with staff, students, and external stakeholders.

Show resilience, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. While previous experience in a school setting is advantageous, it is not essential.
