IT Technician job summary
As an IT Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our digital operations, providing high-quality 1st and 2nd line technical support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and repairing IT equipment and systems
- Supporting cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
- Assisting with classroom technology and learning platforms
- Managing user accounts and network access
- Supporting staff with IT training and troubleshooting
- Helping maintain our online presence (website, social media)
- Technically confident with IT hardware, software, and cloud systems
- A great communicator who can support users of all abilities
- Organised, calm under pressure, and a natural problem-solver
- A team player with a proactive and collaborative attitude
Essential Qualifications
- GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent
- Experience with IT systems in an educational or similar setting is desirable
