What skills and experience we're looking for

Class Teacher, St Thomas a Becket Church of England Federation, near Uckfield. This post could be based at Framfield or Balckboys CE Primary Schools, both part of the Federation.

• Be an outstanding teacher.
• Have excellent communication skills with a confident manner.
• Have good IT skills and the ability to use various educational software packages, and social media platforms.
• Have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and with attention to detail.
• Undertake the role of a subject leader as careers progress.
• Model the highest of expectations with a drive for excellence.
• Take part in whole school training and development.
• Contribute to a safe and welcoming learning environment for pupils, particularly for those who may be vulnerable.
• Demonstrate a commitment to the Christian ethos of the school.
• All with a sense of humour and smile!
