The successful candidate will:

  • Be an excellent classroom practitioner with a passion for teaching and learning
  • Have strong subject knowledge
  • Lead and manage a subject area with drive and enthusiasm, supporting your peers with their subject knowledge and teaching of the subject area
  • Has high expectations and aspirations for themselves and the children they teach
  • Be able motivate and inspire pupils to achieve their full potential
  • Model our values and help us to develop outstanding provision
  • Be a consistently good teacher with the potential to be outstanding
  • Be committed to the raising of standards for all children in your care
