What skills and experience we're looking for
Key Stage 2/3 Teacher
Are you an enthusiastic, child-centred educator committed to achieving high standards through outstanding, interactive teaching? We are seeking a primary-trained teacher to bring their expertise into our secondary SEND department. This is a unique opportunity to use your primary experience to lead a dedicated SEND class, taking responsibility for their progress and supervision while promoting a consistent and fair approach to learning. If you are ready to apply your primary skills to support students in a new context, we would love to hear from you.
About the Key Stage
The successful candidate must have essential Key Stage 2 experience to provide the nurturing, high-quality support our SEND learners need. We are ideally looking for someone who also understands Key Stage 3 expectations; this allows us to bridge the gap between the two stages, ensuring our pupils have a smooth and supported journey as they progress through the school.
